Dr. Sheri Erwin
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Built by an NP, for NPs, from 30+ years of healthcare experience
Is This for You
This Is for the NP Who Is Ready.
Ready to invest in becoming a more complete clinician. You may relate to one of these or all of them.
- You are a licensed NP or NP student who wants to understand the clinical science behind integrative medicine, not just follow protocols someone else wrote
- You genuinely want to improve the lives of the people you care for and you know that conventional training alone does not always give you enough to work with
- You are burning out on the RVU model and the 15-minute visit and you want more time, more depth, and more fulfillment in how you practice
- You want to build a specialty practice on a clinical foundation deep enough that when a patient does not fit a protocol, you know where to explore next
- You want to embrace functional, lifestyle, and mindset medicine alongside your conventional training and become a truly integrative practitioner
- You are an NP student who wants to graduate already equipped with more than NP school was designed to teach
This is not for you if:
You are looking for a quick credential or a weekend protocol library to follow without the clinical reasoning behind it. BridgeWell is for clinicians who are genuinely curious about going deeper, not those who want the fastest path to another line on their resume. If you want to understand the why behind every clinical decision you make, you are in the right place.
Where You Are Right Now
You Are a Good Clinician. And You Know There Is More.
More you could offer. More you could understand. More ways you could help. That feeling is not self-doubt. It is clinical instinct. And it is telling you something real.
Your patients need more than what conventional training equipped you to offer
Normal labs. No clear answers. Multiple providers. You follow the guideline and write the prescription and still leave the visit knowing the root of what is driving their presentation was never fully addressed.
You have the pieces of functional medicine but they do not connect into something you can use consistently
You have taken courses. You have the information. But in the exam room on Monday morning those pieces do not come together into a clinical decision you feel confident making in real time.
The practice you want to build requires a clinical foundation you do not yet have
The hormone clinic. The integrative practice. The cash-pay model. You know what you want to build. What you need is the depth to deliver it credibly and the reasoning to handle every patient who does not fit the protocol.
And this is what stays the same without it
The 15-minute visit. The RVU targets. The same patients cycling back with the same presentations. The specialty practice that stays a someday idea. Without a different foundation, nothing about that changes.
If These Things Feel True, You Are Ready.
What brings NPs to BridgeWell
What I am doing now is not enough for some of the patients I most want to help. The problem is not me. It is the limit of how I was trained.
I want to learn functional, lifestyle, and mindset medicine not to collect a credential but to actually use it with real patients starting now.
I want to change how I practice, where I practice, or both and I am ready to build the clinical foundation to do that.
Talking to someone who has made this shift could give me the clarity and direction I have been looking for.
What makes NPs say yes
BridgeWell teaches the missing layer of clinical reasoning I did not get in conventional training and I can use it right away in real patient care.
It will help me get beyond repetitive surface-level care and address what is actually driving my patients' presentations.
It can help me build the kind of practice and career I actually want, whether that is more depth where I am, a specialty focus, or something entirely my own.
Staying where I am with the tools I have will keep me in the same cycle. New outcomes require new tools.
What Changes
Not Just in Your Practice. In How You See Yourself as a Clinician.
These are not outcomes you get from a course. They are the result of a genuine clinical transformation.
Before BridgeWell
- Hours of research after every complex visit trying to piece together what is driving the presentation
- Functional medicine concepts sitting in fragments with no clear way to connect them into a confident clinical decision
- Knowing something is being missed but not having the reasoning to find it
- Telling patients their labs are normal and their symptoms are unexplained when you know that is not the whole picture
- Feeling the gap between the clinician you are and the clinician you know you can be
After BridgeWell
- A repeatable clinical reasoning process that works with any patient in any visit without hours of research afterward
- Functional, lifestyle, and mindset medicine connected into one complete clinical picture you can implement immediately
- Genuine clinical depth across hormones, gut health, metabolic health, and brain health built on your existing foundation
- The ability to explain the how and the why to your patients and help them implement real change that actually sticks
- The excitement of practicing the way you always knew you could and feeling proud of the clinician you have become

3.5 CE Hours
This is where the clinical reasoning you built in the first two areas meets the exam room. A case-based workshop focused entirely on what implementation actually looks like with real patients in real visits. The visit structure, root-cause history taking, documentation, and complete patient case walkthroughs. How to structure an integrative intake, how to organize your clinical thinking when multiple systems are involved, how to prioritize when everything looks abnormal, and how to document and communicate what you are seeing. By the end of this workshop you are not thinking about how to apply integrative medicine. You are doing it.
Clinical confidence is one thing. Making it work in your actual practice is another. This workshop covers what the integrative visit looks like inside your real schedule, how to approach labs differently without overtesting, how to layer lifestyle interventions, supplements, and medications in a sequence that makes clinical sense, and how to build a sustainable follow-up structure that serves your patients and your practice. Whether you are staying in your current role, adding a specialty focus, or building something entirely your own, this workshop gives you the practical foundation to make integrative medicine work in the world you actually practice in.
The closing experience. Not a graduation. Not a final exam. A structured reflection and a personal message from Dr. Erwin that names who you have become on the other side of this pathway. At the start of the Clinical Foundation area you answer four questions about where you are and who you want to become. At this final area you answer them again. The transformation is visible in your own words.
Your Credential
Graduate as a BridgeWell Certified Integrative Medicine Practitioner.
Completers earn the BCIMP designation. A private professional certification in functional, lifestyle, and mindset medicine that you display on your website, your practice profile, and your bio. All functional and integrative medicine certifications are private professional credentials. None are recognized by state nursing boards or national credentialing bodies, nor do any expand your scope of licensure. The BCIMP follows this same standard. What it does is signal to patients and colleagues that you have gone beyond conventional training to build genuine integrative clinical depth.
NP students may enroll and earn the BCIMP designation upon completion. Application in practice is expected to occur within the scope of your licensure once obtained.
Included with Your Enrollment

What Makes BridgeWell Different
Built by an NP. For NPs. From Real Clinical Practice.
BridgeWell was built by a nurse practitioner who has been teaching NPs for over 16 years and who practices integrative medicine herself every single day.
What you learn here comes directly from real patient care. The clinical reasoning, the application, the resources, all of it is evidence-based and built from what actually works in practice, not just what looks good in a curriculum.
The emphasis here is on becoming a genuinely complete integrative clinician. A practitioner with the depth, the reasoning, and the tools to actually improve the lives of the people you serve. Everything else you want from your practice, the flexibility, the fulfillment, the kind of career you actually want, is built on that foundation.
That is what BridgeWell is designed to deliver.
