I Built BridgeWell Because I Lived the Gap It Closes.
I have been in healthcare since 1992. I became a nurse practitioner in 2009. For years I practiced in the conventional model across primary care, oncology, urgent care, and university health. I was well trained. I knew how to diagnose, prescribe, and follow guidelines.
But I kept seeing patients who did not fit that model. Normal labs. Multiple specialists. No answers. Presentations that crossed systems in ways a single diagnosis could not explain. And I kept having that quietly uncomfortable feeling of standing in the exam room knowing something was being missed and not having a framework to find it.
When I found integrative and functional medicine I did not abandon conventional care. I found the bridge between them. And that bridge changed how I practice, how I teach, and how I feel about clinical work entirely.
I built BridgeWell so you can find that bridge too. Without spending years piecing it together on your own.

But by building genuine clinical depth in functional, lifestyle, and mindset medicine so they can identify root causes, offer real options beyond a prescription, and build the kind of practice they actually want to show up to every day.
